We at VisioSound aim to provide the highest possible level of customer service and support. As a VisioSound customer you can shop with us knowing you are not only protected by all relevant laws and regulations, but will also receive the highest level of support and help should you have any problems with your order. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (No extra to pay).

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale. If payment has been taken then a refund will be issued immediately and the sale will be cancelled.

No property or title of the goods shall pass from LS Audio Tech LTD (www.visiosound.co.uk) to the customer until payment has been received in full.

The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery and liability to insure the goods then rests with the customer.

Access, MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta cards are accepted without a surcharge, however we reserve the right to deliver only to the card holders billing address unless the card issuer states otherwise. Personal and business cheques are also welcome by us, but will be subject to a seven day clearance time.

All products are subject to availability, all items shown should be in stock. In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you within 1 working day to offer either a full refund or to place the item on back order. Items placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as the product is back in stock.

All products are covered by the manufactures warranty.

Your delivery from LS Audio Tech is insured by our couriers. If an item is received in damaged condition it should be signed for as damaged.

Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days from expected date of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after that time. Goods which are deemed faulty on arrival will be collected by our courier for replacement or refund.

Terms which apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this clause, have the right to cancel on order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered by the company provided we receive written notice of such cancellation.

If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel the consumer will be responsible for return of goods back to LS Audio Tech. LS Audio Tech shall reimburse any payment made within 21 days from the date he/she gave such notice of cancellation. The consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:-
* he/she does not take reasonable care of the goods pre or post cancellation. for the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the goods if such goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and interconnects and the internal or external packaging is damaged in any way or the goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they were sold.

The consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items.

We do not supply on a trial basis and if you are not happy with the item then you would be required to return the goods.

Deposits to hold goods are non refundable.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The VisioSound Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a VisioSound product that is covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

This warranty only covers the physical goods purchased from VisioSound or one of our authorised dealers.

This limited lifetime warranty covers the original purchaser against any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty covers item bought within the United Kingdom and the EU.

During the warranty period, VisioSound will repair or replace, at no charge and at our discretion, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Any attempt to repair your cable either by yourself or by a third party will invalidate the warranty.

VisioSound will either repair or replace the product using new or refurbished parts at no cost to the customer.

This is a lifetime warranty, lifetime is defined as the reasonable lifetime of the product which we deem to be 10 years. Beyond that it is more than likely that any fault has been caused by normal wear and tear or mishandling of the product. Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the original purchaser.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Use in a commercial environment
  • Un registered products
  • To obtain warranty service you must register your product at www.visiosound.co.uk/warranty and fill out the form. By completing the form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions above. Once you have done this all you need to do if you do experience a fault is get in touch via email.
