Returns Policy

Items received which are damaged/faulty

If an item is received which is either damaged or faulty out of the box the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 28 days of receipt of the item.
If you receive a damaged/faulty item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk or by calling 01422 881582. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the item from you or if the item weighs less than 3Kg we will request that you send the item back via Royal Mail and all postage costs will be reimbursed. As soon as we have received the item back it will be checked to confirm the fault. Provided a fault is found a refund or replacement will be provided. Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.

Unwanted Items

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased and you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you decide you would like to return an item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk or by calling 01422 881582. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out.
It is your responsibility to return the item to us. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging present and undamaged. Once we have received the returned item we will provide either a refund or exchange (depending on what the customer has requested). Refunds will be exclusive of any postage costs. If the item is to be exchanged for another product there may be a balance to pay to cover any additional cost of the new item plus any postage costs associated with getting the new item back to you.

Faulty items which are covered under Warranty

All goods we sell carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated with the exception of goods which are classed as “Consumables”.
Consumables are replaceable items such as lamps, batteries, drive belts which are user replaceable when they wear out.
All items which are coved under a 1 year warranty which are outside of our 28 day returns policy can be returned to us for repair should a fault occur.
If you have bought an item from us within the last year and a fault occurs please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk or by calling 01422 881582. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out.
It is your responsibility to return the item to us. Once we have received the returned item it will be checked by our service team. Provided a fault can be found the item will be repaired and returned back to you as quickly as possible. We will cover the cost of sending the item back to you.
